Duploflow started out building outreach systems for recruitment companies. It is now reorganizing as an AI-native operating company.

Duploflow was founded in 2024 to build candidate outreach systems for recruitment companies. That work kept pointing at something bigger than recruiting. Most of what any company does day to day is coordination: researching, writing, building, checking and shipping. AI is now capable of carrying most of it.

So we are reorganizing the company around that idea.

What changes

Duploflow is now an AI-native operating company. Our day-to-day work is carried out by AI agents. People set direction, make the judgement calls, and are accountable for anything that reaches a customer.

The working rule is simple: agents propose, automated checks verify, and people approve. Nothing goes live on the strength of an agent’s output alone. The move is not about replacing judgement. It is about spending people’s time on the decisions that need it, and letting agents handle the steady work of research, drafting, building and checking in between.

For customers and partners, nothing about accountability changes. People remain responsible for every commitment we make, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to, whoever or whatever did the work behind it.

We are also bringing the foundation in-house. Instead of renting every layer of the business, we run the infrastructure we depend on. Fewer outside dependencies means lower costs, faster iteration and fewer surprises.

Duploflow is what a company can become when intelligence is no longer the constraint.

What comes next

Duploflow will create and run businesses on top of that shared foundation. Each one inherits the same intelligence, automation and continuous improvement, so each starts further ahead than the last. Each of them will be run the same way: AI agents carry out the day-to-day work, and people set direction and answer for the outcome. We will announce them here as they launch.

What doesn’t change

The goal isn’t simply to operate differently. It’s to build better businesses that deliver more value to the people they serve.

Introducing the new duploflow.com

The new duploflow.com is rebuilt from scratch, with fast pages, dark mode, accessible design, a newsroom with feeds, and text versions of every page.

We have rebuilt duploflow.com from scratch. The previous site no longer described what Duploflow does. The new one is written to say what we are, clearly, in a form that both people and software can read.

The rebuild was carried out by AI agents and reviewed by people. It is the first public result of the way we now work: agents propose the changes, automated checks verify them, and people approve what goes live.

What is new

Clear structure. Each page uses semantic markup and a consistent heading order, so it can be navigated with assistive technology and read cleanly by search engines and feed readers.

Faster pages. Every page is prepared ahead of time as plain HTML. Reading a page does not depend on scripts, so it loads quickly on a phone and on a slow connection.

Dark mode. The site follows the light or dark setting on your device. A control in the header lets you choose automatic, light or dark. Your choice is kept in your own browser and is not sent to us.

Accessibility. The design is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, the current web accessibility standard. Text contrast is checked in both light and dark themes, and controls can be reached and used from the keyboard.

A newsroom and feeds. News from across Duploflow now has one home. The newsroom has an index, category pages, an article page for each post, and a media kit for journalists. Every post is available through feeds, so you can follow us in the reader you already use.

Built for AI tools too. Every page has a Markdown version, and the site publishes an llms.txt file that describes what it contains. Answer engines and AI assistants can read the same content that people read, without guessing at the layout.

Privacy by default

The site sets no cookies and has no forms. Analytics are cookieless and reported only as aggregate figures. Our privacy page explains the details in plain language.

What is next

We will use the newsroom for launches, updates and announcements from across the company. Press enquiries go to press@duploflow.com.

Why we own our stack

Duploflow runs the infrastructure it depends on. Owning the stack gives us control over cost, speed and resilience.

Most companies rent nearly everything they run. They pay for each layer of the business from a supplier, and they accept that a change of price, a change of terms or an outage at a supplier becomes their own problem. Duploflow has chosen a different path. Wherever it makes sense, we run the infrastructure we depend on ourselves.

This update explains what that choice gives us, and what it asks of us.

Cost

Renting every layer of a business means paying a margin on each one, and paying again every time a supplier changes its pricing. Running our own foundation lets us decide what it costs and where that money goes. For a company that plans to create and run several businesses on one shared foundation, that difference compounds.

Control

When the foundation is ours, changes do not wait on someone else’s roadmap. We can decide how a system behaves, what it logs, who can reach it and how it is updated. That control matters most in the moments when something goes wrong, because the people who can fix a problem are the people who run the system.

Speed

Fewer outside dependencies means fewer handoffs. A change that would otherwise need a support ticket, a vendor review and a waiting period can be made, tested and shipped within our own process. Speed is not the reason for owning the stack, but it is one of the things that happens when you do.

Resilience

Every outside dependency is a point of failure we do not control. Owning the stack lets us plan for failure in the places that matter, keep working when one part of the system is unavailable, and recover on our own timetable.

What it asks of us

Owning the stack is more work than renting it. Someone has to keep it running, keep it secure and keep it understandable. We take that responsibility seriously, and people stay accountable for the results, whichever parts of the work are carried out by AI agents.

We will talk about what this gives us and what it costs us. We will not walk through the technical details of how the foundation is put together, but we will keep telling you what it means for the businesses we run on top of it.
